Returns & Refunds policy

Given the handmade nature of these individual products, I am unable to provide refunds.

Nonetheless, I can offer replacements for items that are defective (which is quite rare).

To exercise your cancellation right, please notify me prior to my beginning work on your order.

Replacement items will typically be dispatched within 30 days after I am made aware of the issue.

For International orders, shipping fees must be covered by the Buyer.

We retain the right to decline returns of any merchandise that fails to meet the aforementioned return criteria at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are accountable for the expenses and risks associated with returning items to us. Please send the products to the following address:

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Thus, we recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. Due to the nature and time involved in creating my pieces, issuing a refund is not possible.
